It doesn't matter how much studying an individual does, if on the day of their tests they get so anxious that they're unable to access the information they've been studying.
Our courses provide proven tools and techniques to not only help you understand your emotional responses better but to help you manage Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Fears to name but a few, as well as increasing Self-Confidence, Self Esteem and Self Worth.
We provide age appropriate courses tailored to those taking exams, 11+, Mock GCSE's, GCSE's and A-Levels where we look at the effects of stress and anxiety on the body and how you can take back control. We also look at how negative thoughts patterns, lead to self sabotaging behaviours and look to introduce a more positive approach to your studies.
The course provides information and incorporates:
* Positive affirmations to encourage your subconscious to realign itself to work with you in achieving your goal, as opposed to against you.
* We look at learning styles and Language Styles.
* Relaxation Techniques
The course is specifically tailored to enhance people's awareness of their own reactions and responses to stress, so they can challenge it, take back control and work towards positively achieving their desired outcomes.
