Your data is stored by Maximinding within the provisions of the General Data Protection Act.

We do not sell, distribute or share your data with any third parties under any circumstances, unless there is a lawful reason to breach confidentially or directed to do so by a Court Order or with your prior written knowledge and consent.

Information we collect for example includes name, contact info, including mobile, landline and email, demographic info, GP details, and session records.

We use this information to answer any questions you may have and to schedule appointments or to deliver the best service possible to you and to improve our services. In the event you think that any of the information held about you is incorrect or incomplete, then please contact us directly and we promise to correct it as soon as practicable. 

We may use your contact data to communicate with you directly for important information salient to your current and any future Therapeutic intervention needs. You may opt out of receiving communications from Maximinding at any time by emailing or telephoning us.

Personal information which you share with us as part of your ongoing Therapeutic treatment is treated in the strictest confidence. It is safeguarded and securely stored. We are also a registered member of the Information Commissioner Officer (ICO) for the purpose of data collation, retention and destruction. 

Maximinding will not disclose any such materials unless required by a Court Order or unless such materials provide evidence of criminality, or potential or actual harm to yourself, another person, or for ongoing Counselling Supervision with adequately qualified practitioners.

Information you provide to Maximinding will be retained in accordance with the General Data Protection Act, however there are exceptions to this rule which prevents me from destroying your data, when other statutory legislation proceeds GPDR and to comply with regulations of Governing Bodies and Insurance Companies. Data will therefore be retained for these purposes and destroyed accordingly
